Universal transducer MU125 - exact measurement in compact design

The new, comprehensive range of the rail-mounting-devices GHM-rail of the GHM Messtechnik, Erolzheim, is characterized by its stable and space-saving design with a small grid dimension of only 12.5 mm width. The devices have adjustment elements for the fast commissioning at the front and clear status indicators via multicolored LEDs or displays.

With the DIP-switches at the front of the universal transducer MU125, the connected sensor and the desired measurement range are selected and via two trimmer the measurement range start and end are precisely adjusted. The universal temperature transducer MU125 processes all known thermocouples as well as resistance-based sensors in a high class of basic accuracy for industrial applications with extremely low ambient air temperature influence.

A modern production process is a 'MUST HAVE' to remain competitive.

“At SENSOR + TEST the focus of GHM Messtechnik is therefore on "efficient process engineering”, says John Overhues, new Sales and Marketing Director of GHM Messtechnik GmbH. "Handling of solids or liquids, measuring milligram exact amounts or high flow rates ... at the SENSOR + TEST we present the latest solutions and ideas of process engineering."

The new GHM-ONE stands out from the mass of automation devices. Without the need of programming skills the GHM ONE supports users in a quick handling of time-consuming changes at production facilities.

It provides a tested and ready-to-use function library, which consists of sequential control systems, mathematical calculations up to process control functions. With this, it is possible to implement and combine your own processes by drag-and-drop-modus.

"Even complex solutions such as cascade and limiting regulations, proportional representation and multi-component systems can be implemented with the flexible GHM-ONE" says Overhues.

It is supported by communication interfaces. External fieldbus devices enable the communication with common control systems.

"Downtime is expensive," adds Overhues. "Therefore we integrated an efficient interface, consisting of standard operating pages and custom defined pages for the monitoring and control of processes. The time consuming testing and commissioning phase is considerably reduced due to computer simulations and online trend functions. And of course also several debug and forcing functions are available."

The powerful modular hardware concept provides:
